Welcome to Luxe Car Share LLC. By accessing or using our website, booking a rental, or participating in our vehicle hosting program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

This website is provided for informational and commercial purposes related to vehicle rentals and hosting services. By using our site, you agree not to:

• Misuse the site or attempt unauthorized access
• Submit false or misleading information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
   

All vehicle rentals are subject to Turo’s terms and policies, including but not limited to:

• Driver eligibility requirements
• Insurance coverage and damage policies
• Mileage limits, late return fees, cleaning fees, and toll charges
   

By booking through our fleet, you also agree to abide by any additional terms communicated at the time of booking.

If you choose to partner with Luxe Car Share LLC as a vehicle host, you will enter into a separate Co-Host Agreement outlining:

• Payment structure and revenue share
• Responsibilities for insurance, maintenance, and claims
• Termination clauses and dispute resolution
• Service scope (listing, cleaning, guest support, etc.)
   

Participation in the hosting program is subject to our approval and may be discontinued at any time, with or without cause.

All website content, logos, graphics, and media are the property of Luxe Car Share and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission.

Luxe Car Share shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website, participation in vehicle rentals, or involvement in the vehicle hosting program.

All vehicle rentals are transacted through Turo, which holds its own insurance and risk policies. Luxe Car Share’s responsibilities are limited to those defined in our co-hosting and service agreements.

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and handle personal data.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
